On the 14th of August The Aberdeen Fleshers Incorporation held a Business Tea for members and guests at Trinity Hall.
In attendance were 4 trainees, Anna, Russell, Andy and James from Craft Skills Scot who showcased their Butchery skills in an individual cutting display.
Beef, pork, lamb and venison were showcased followed by speeches from Gordon King of Scottish Craft Butchers and Gordon Newlands of Quality Meat Scotland (QMS).
Along with the butchery demonstrations, guests enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal.
Meats produced from the demonstrations were donated to local charity The Community Collective – Stonehaven.
