His beautifully balanced six-course menu celebrated the fresh flavours of the season, taking guests on a culinary journey from delicate starters and vibrant seafood to rich smoked beef, a refreshing summer dessert and the perfect cheese course to finish.
Of course, no tasting menu would be complete without the perfect wine pairings. A huge thank you to Robbie from United Supplies, whose expertly selected wines from Austria, Italy, Spain and South Africa complemented each course beautifully, enhancing every flavour and making the experience even more memorable.
