Saturday offered a rich programme of exclusive visits—guests explored the Port of Aberdeen, the picturesque village of Footdee and Crathes Castle, Garden & Estate NTS. Aberdeen City Council kindly provided a reception and an elegant afternoon tea, followed by a private tour of Aberdeen Art Gallery (Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums).
The day concluded in high spirits with dinner and a lively ceilidh with the brilliant Whisky Kiss at Ardoe House Hotel & Spa.
On Sunday morning, a service at Kings College Chapel (University of Aberdeen) brought a fitting and memorable close to the official programme. For those able to attend, an additional visit to Balmoral Castle provided a serene and regal finale.
