Aberdeen Fleshers Incorporation held its annual Election Dinner Dance at Trinity Hall on Saturday 22nd November to celebrate the election of the 2014/2015 Office Bearers: Deacon Ian A MacIntosh, Boxmaster Malcohm Hetherington, First Master Andrew J Paxton and Late Deacon Gordon L Chalmers.

After enjoying a delicious meal,  Deacon Ian A MacIntosh proposed a toast to the guests, whose well received humerous reply was given by Mrs Linda Morrison.

During the course of the evening, donations were generously given towards the Aberdeen Fleshers chosen charity – Northsound Radio’s Coats for Kids, which aims to raise £30,000 to provide hundreds of local children with suitable warm winter clothing, such as hats, scarves, boots and winter coats.

The entertainment was provided by “Mixed Company”, who kicked off the proceedings with a traditional Grand March, followed by a wide selection of numbers, from  ceilidh to chart topping hits, all of which kept the dance floor full the entire night.
