• 1971 – At a meeting of the Convener Court on 21st October, on a motion proposed by Boxmaster Kennedy, seconded by Deacon Convener Murray, Mr Alex M Anderson was unanimously elected as Joint Trades Clerk & Assessor to succeed Mr Forrest.
• 1971 – At a meeting of the Convener Court on 20th December , Mr Rodney Addison was appointed to succeed Mr Alex M Anderson. Deacon Convener Murray, thanked Mr Anderson for his services to the Incorporated Trades during his term in office.
