On the 7th December the annual children’s party was held for member’s children and grandchildren. This event is organised and run by the office bearers wives and is one of the most popular events in our calendar. Around 50 children attended this year and apart from the traditional games and activities the children were entertained by local magician Garry Seagraves.
At the end of the afternoon we had a visit from Santa and presents were distributed to all children attending.
Thanks must go the Mrs Angela McKinnon for organising and the Deacon’s wives for the help on the day along with the Patron Rev Iain Thomson and his wife, Christine.
