We recently had a wee trip to the fantastic Garioch Heritage Centre in Inverurie! The centre gives an insight to the lives and history of those living and working in Inverurie and surrounding areas.
Tour guide Joan and her colleagues gave us a background to some items displayed and were on hand to answer any questions we had as we looked at all the artefacts.
We finished our time there with some homemade scones – absolutely delicious.
We would highly recommend a visit!
To finish, we took a trip to Celebrations of Turriff for lunch and a look around the shop.
